Waterman Lill Bertha/Nostalgia Fuel Pump Gear Spacer

Plates are made from billet steel, precision ground to insure absolute flatness and then giving a durable coating for corrosion protection. Plates come in varying thickness so customer must specify in Thickness box when ordering.

Below is a gear chart with wear plate thickness guide, remember the guide tells you how thick the gears and wear plates need to be to work properly in the fuel pump. Time to time racers will stack wear plates to get the needed thickness but know that when you purchase if you pick the correct thickness stacking should be able to be eliminated and one wear plate per side.

Here is a breakdown on Waterman Little Bertha gear sets. They start at 13 gallon and can up to 32 gallon. Gears with wear plate will measure 1.700" overall width. With each .050" increase in gear width the racer will gain a gallon of fuel. Example below:

.700" 16 gallon

.750" 17 gallon

.800" 18 gallon

.850" 19 gallon

Nostalgia gear sets are good for 10 gallon to 22 gallon fuel pumps and gear sets do not interchange between the different versions of Waterman fuel pumps. Gears with wear plate will measure 1.200" overall width. With each .050" increase in gear width the racer will gain roughly gallon of fuel. Example below:
