*** IN STOCK SHIPS TODAY *** Here is an idea that not only saves time it saves threads in your precoius alum. heads if you run water with temperature gauges. This fitting allows the racer to simply press the stainless steel release button and pull out the temperature sending unit while leaving the pipe fitting part of the fitting with the cylinder head.

Pipe threads have a tendency to get enlarged with removal of fittings over time and you take a chance of stripping or cross threading the threads each time the fitting is removed. The fitting is O-ring sealed on the slip part and has been pressure tested to withstand severe duty in a racing engine. Threads for the gauge are 5/8-18".
