Gear drive cover is made from heat treated cast alum. that has three standoff wings that billet alum. 4.00" standoffs mount to that allow the .500" billet front bearing plate mount a strong and secure mounting platform. Flat back blower pulley is flipped around backwards and mounts over the gear drive housing.
Gear drive includes a billet steel crank hub assm. that uses a 2.00" blower pulley register with the industry standard six .375" bolts on a 2.782" bolt circle and a crank hub coupler that is 1.530" on the crankshaft bore with dual .250" keyways. The crank hub coupler has some light galling in it but nothing out of the normal for a used crank hub.
If the racer was going to try and use the gear drive one of the main issues is if the block has been line bored there is no way to move the crank gear up in the block like on an RCD gear drive as the crank hub portion was not designed for any movement making it a permanent fixed location. But if the racer chooses to want to run it they will need a crank and cam gear assm. to complete the gear drive which RBS can help with at an additional cost.
Gear drive cover is set up for a 6.00" cam cover and front bearing support plate has a timing pointer mounted on it. Looks like bottom blower pulley would have to have at least a 5.00" inside diameter to clear over the gear drive cover.
