*** IN STOCK SHIPS TODAY *** Here is a nice way to go with this contained thrust bearing washer combo to go between the cam hub and engine block on your Hemi engine. Typically you have two thrust washers and a bearing but this is a one piece unit that has the washers crimped onto the bearing.

Bearing measure 2.125" I.D. x 2.895" O.D. and .140" thick which all dimensions are the same as two separate washers and a bearing. Washer surface is durable hardened steel and the bearing is needle type Torrington.
