For the racer that likes to fine tune their oil pressure on their race Hemi engine RBS carries the proper tool as well as the selection of springs and pistons that will allow the racer to tailor the oil pressure to their liking.
Racer must own or purchase the special E-Z Lok tool that gets the nut out of the pump so racer can remove and replace the spring and piston if this is your first time working on the oil pump.
So first and foremost it is extremely important to keep the low pressure and high pressure springs and pistons separate when making spring and piston changes as the piston must match the spring to properly work together. The kit will includes a piston, spring and spacer as where a spring will be just a spring with an O-ring.
This is a guideline and should be close but actual oil pressure can be slightly different with oil viscosity, engine clearances, etc.
Low pressure spring is going to be about 120 to 130 pounds of oil pressure.
Medium pressure spring is going to be about 140 to 160 pounds of oil pressure.
High pressure spring is going to be about 180 to 200 pounds of oil pressure.
Racer can pick the tool, spring and piston kit or just the spring from the drop down menu and remember if you are switching from low to high pressure buy a kit if just replacing a spring just buy the spring.
