This starter uses a handwheel at the rear to engage the starter jaw before pulling the trigger. Inside the starter motor is a planetary reduction to spin over the biggest of injected engines.

Starter needs to have 15" in. in front of the starter bracket to clear the rollcage on a dragster. Weight is 37 lbs.
