What makes this feature an excellent one for the racer is once you remove the rotor end cap it makes pulling the strips in the rotor a snap and the rotor caps use nylatron strip to seal the rotor end to the blower bearing plate sealing the blower up better and putting more boost in the engine.
One other great feature about this design is when there is engine failure causing catostrophic blower damage it is not uncommon for the blower rotor to gall and damge the end of the rotor. With this design when that happens simply unbolt the rotor cap slide a new one on assemble the blower check clearances and BAM!! your done.
Made from billet alum. the cap includes nylatron strips but the racer will need to check final clearances before running the repaired supercharger.
