For the racer that likes to service their own blowers RBS carries this handy roots blower gear/rotor pusher. Now what makes this tool a pusher is you remove all the rear bearing plate bolts, remove the blower gear bolts and washers, install the pusher with the provided 5/16" bolts to the blower case and run the pointed tips up against the rotor shafts.

Now the fun begins........... Run the 9/16" hex, 3/4-16" threaded studs in which in turn pushes the rotors out the back of the blower case sliding both gears off as rotors are pushed out. Tool makes pushing the rotors out and taking the gears off a simple task without having to beat yourself to death and be worn out before pulling the blower strips begins.

Blower pusher plate is made from 1.00" billet alum. that has been anodized for quick clean up before going back into the tool box. Pushers are 3/4"-16 thread, 9/16" hex heat treated steel with replaceable heat treated centers.

Pusher bolts and tips should be lubed up with some Anti-Seize or oil before being used.

Tool fits 3-71 thru 18-71 roots blowers and includes what is seen in the pictures. The 5/16" bolts may need to be adjusted by the buyer for best fit but we have found the bolts supplied work for most all applications.

5/16" Bolts are 9.750" x 2.750" center to center if the buyer wants to measure their blower case bolt holes to make sure pusher is going to fit.
