Heel cup is designed as a blank canvas as far as the mounting. Racer can drill holes and install just about in any position. Heel cup is 3.50" wide inside to inside across the front, 4.50" deep from front to back and 2.250" tall in the rear. Weight is two ounces. Heel cups are sold each.
