Fuel Injection Primer Tank Alum. 28 Oz.

*** IN STOCK SHIPS TODAY *** For the racer running mechanical fuel injection that must be self-starting it is often times a fuel primer system is needed to get the fire breathing beast lit. With this tank put your favorite priming fuel in the tank, hit the button from the cockpit, let the little electric fuel pump send some fuel up to the primer nozzle to get the motor going and settle in for the ride.

RBS brings to the racer these beautiful primer tanks. Billet end caps are Tig-welded to the .125" tank housing with an -12 ORB fill cap, 1/8" NPT vent port with an additional 1/4" NPT port that comes with a 1/4" NPT to 1/8" NPT adpt. installed with a stainless tube that runs down to the bottom of the tank if you want to do the feed line from the top. On the bottom of the tank is a 1/8" NPT port that has a plug installed which can be removed to put the feed line fitting into and use the plug up top to plug one of the ports.

Tank measures 9.00" x 3.00" x 2.00", to top of cap is 9.50". Tanks has two counter-bored holes on the front to mount using 1/4" socket head bolts or on the backside the bosses are drilled and tapped 5/16"-18 if you want to stick some studs in there to mount. Center to center o the mounting bosses is 4.00". Tank cap is billet with a knurled top, a .375" internal hex broached to loosen or tighten or there is 1.375" wrench flats allowing three ways to loosen or tighten the cap.

Racer can choose from show polished alum. or black anodized. The anodize is polished then anodized so it gives the finish of black chrome.
