It is a billet timing pointer kit for a SBC that is made of billet alum. and has been anodized black then laser etched with a timing arrow to help pick up TDC or a timing mark while setting the timing on a motor.

Timing pointer mounts off the front cover bolts allowing for use on most aftermarket front covers that may not incorporate a timing pointer. No more ground down bolt or chunk of welding rod. The standoffs may take some adjusting to get the proper alignment on the degree ring. Fits 283, 302, 327, 350, 383, 400 and most other aftermarket SBC blocks.

Pointer is for a seven inch in diameter degree ring.
