Steel band clamp tach. mount with rubber liner. Fits a tach. 3.375" in dia. Mounting bracket has two screw mounting holes that can be mounted on a flat or rounded surface.

Steel ring is painted silver and mouting bracket is flat black.

Bracket looks to be new and never used.
