The part is made from billet alum. and is anodized for corrosion protection and to help prevent galling when installing into alum. injectors. Simple to install the racer will have to drill and tap a 1/4" pipe female thread into the injector housing and then a little thread sealant on the air bleed threads grab a 5/8" wrench to install and you are done.
Overall length is about 3.250" to help get the knurled knob out where the crew chief can reach it and set the final idle rpm before sending there driver in to stage. The hole in the air bleed wide open is .315" that is adjustable in thousandths and can be closed all the way down if desired.
With this installed on the injector consistency will become your friend and round wins will become more common.
